We focus on curated everyday products such as beauty & skincare, body care, snacks & lifestyle products, vitamins & wellness, fashion & accessories, and home essentials.
Each country has its own shipping batch schedule. During checkout, customers will be able to choose their preferred available batch before completing payment.
Products from different countries are processed separately based on their respective shipping batches and sourcing locations.

We currently accept QRIS and manual bank transfer. Orders will be processed after payment verification is completed.
Customers can track their order status directly through their account dashboard. Order statuses include: Pending Payment, Payment Confirmed, Waiting for Batch, Purchased, In Transit, Arrived at Warehouse, Shipped to Customer, and Completed.
Yes. For custom requests or products not listed on the website, please contact us directly through WhatsApp.
Yes. We only source products from trusted stores, official retailers, and verified suppliers.
International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to flight schedules, customs clearance, supplier availability, or shipping conditions.
Orders that have already been purchased or secured cannot be cancelled. Please make sure all order details are correct before completing payment.
Due to the nature of international personal shopping and overseas sourcing, refunds and returns are generally not available unless there is an error from our side.
