Return Policy
No Refund After Purchase
Orders that have already been purchased, secured, or included in a shipping batch cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. Please make sure all order details are correct before completing payment.
International Shopping Nature
As Portwish operates as a personal shopping & international sourcing service, all products are sourced overseas based on customer orders and scheduled batches. Returns and exchanges are generally not available, especially for change of mind or incorrect personal preference.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be provided if the item is unavailable, the order cannot be fulfilled, the incorrect item is sent due to our error, or the item arrives severely damaged due to handling on our side.
Shipping Delays
International shipments may occasionally experience delays caused by flight schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, or supplier issues. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds unless the order is officially declared lost.
Product Condition & Packaging
Minor packaging imperfections caused during international transit may occur and are not considered product defects, as long as the product itself remains safe and usable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully, understanding estimated arrival timelines, and providing accurate shipping information. Portwish is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

If a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on payment provider and bank processing time.
